Aisha Bakhsh

edit

Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Aisha Bakhsh may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, all users are entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. -WarthogDemon 04:57, 30 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Adding opinions to Wikipedia

edit

Please refrain from adding opinions to Wikipedia, it is not allowed as it violates NPOV (neutral point of view), and does not improve the articles to which they are added. LWF 16:18, 10 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

I second it. You should make sure that your addition is well sourced and attributed to an scholar of the field. Please have a look at WP:RS and WP:V. Thanks --Aminz 05:35, 29 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Khanewal

edit

Hi. I have noticed that youv'e done a few edits to the article mentioned above, do you think that the information in the article is correct. I have recently re-formatted the entire article which was written quite poorly and badly formatted, I also had to re-write the entire article, just about. I was wondering do you have any images of the area that could be used for this article, it would be a big help, another thing that you may find interesting is the link that I have inserted for the Pakistani Cricketers, you will find articles here for just about every Pakistani Cricket player there is. The link can be found in the section notable cricketers from Khanewal.
There is another article that you may wish to have a look at its called ‎Sateen Jo Aastan, Check it out, I had to re-write this one as well, maybe you could add to this and help make some sense out of it because it does need to be explained further. Thanks--HumphryTheFunLovingFellowIsHereTodayRightNow 10:13, 20 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Notability of Saba Khusra

edit

A tag has been placed on Saba Khusra, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. P4k 08:21, 26 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Username

edit

If you want to change your username, please go to Wikipedia:Changing username. Unfortunately, you cannot do this simply by moving your user pages to a different title. You inadvertantly moved those pages to the article namespace (because you left off the "User:" prefix at the start), and the pages were marked for deletion by another user. I have removed the deletion request and moved the pages back to their original titles. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 15:04, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images in violation of our biographies of living persons policy will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.  7  03:09, 11 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
