@Saqib Thank you for the feedback, If anyone has more info on the role of the Chief Secretary in the KP province, please feel free to add more to the article, As per the law, constitution, the Chief Secretary is indeed the boss of the province and plays a crucial role in its administration additional details on their responsibilities, powers, and significance in the provincial government would be greatly appreciated. Simply being Chief Secretary of a province doesn't automatically qualify someone for a WP bio. They must meet the GNG, which, in this case, doesn't seem to be met. @Saqib, I think you brought this up on my TP. I am sorry I haven't responded, however, from the sourcing and content of the draft during that period, it had no link or statement of being a Member of the Legislature (India). While it said "won an election", it wasn't descriptive of which election and position, hence, my decline. SafariScribe, I'm glad you didn't take offense to my message, especially after all the commotion about this article. Firstly, Nisar Baaz is a member of the Pakistani parliament, not India. Drafts are typically submitted by newbies and may not always be perfect, so as reviewers, we should sometimes assist in getting their articles approved if there's a good indication of meeting WP:N. In this case, I agree with you that they failed to mention the subject's parliamentary membership, although they did cite some English-language sources which, I assume, you overlooked. I notice you've added a lot of WP:OR into BLPs which is against Wikipedia's policies. Continued violations may result in a block. In one case, you've stated Qudisa Lodhi is the spouse of Qazi Muhammad Asad Khan without providing a source.
