Could you please share some advice and guidance on why the Draft Oyster 495 page has been rejected. I am new to creating pages but have taken the time to read many articles on how to create an article and what to include.

The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Thank you for disclosing your COI. This is the generic disclosure; if you are employed by Oyster, you should replace that with the more specific paid-editing one, see WP:PAID.
