Even if Jackson512 is indeed a sockpuppet, it is up to the AFD-closing administrator to determine whether or not to discount any votes from new accounts. Friends do ask friends to help stack AFDs all the time -- even I've been guilty of that in my early days on Wikipedia. Without independent confirmation from Checkuser, banning anyone after their first vote on an AFD is a gross assumption of bad faith.
