Conflicting licence

You might want to fix this image's File:French Colonies.jpg licencing. Is it in the public domain or is it a non-free image? It can't be both. ww2censor (talk) 21:00, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

Ivo Steijn not Stejn

Hi Jan! I noticed some older edits of you regarding the last name of Dr. Ivo Steijn on the page Postage stamps and postal history of the Far Eastern Republic.
