- Reliable: Your article should rely on strong, reliable sources that are published by reputable institutions. Primary sources can be used for basic facts (such as a date of birth), but they should be supplemented with strong secondary sources that offer analysis or interpretation.
- Independent: Your sources should be independent of the subject, for example not self-published or from the subject's own website.

You are the marketing director, so presumably are paid to market the company- which is what you seem to be doing with your Wikipedia article?
I've also just checked your speedy deletion contestation on the article Talk page (please sign that comment too!) - your article as it currently stands is wholly inappropriate for Wikipedia due to the lack of sources. Have a read of my topic that I added a few minutes ago above (Your article ShapeBlue) which explains why we need sources and what sort of sources are appropriate.
Most of the 6 sources you currently cite are not independent of or discuss ShapeBlue in any detail:
1) is just a directory service
2) is the ShapeBlue website, so not independent
3) is the ShapeBlue github, so not independent
4) is a PR piece talking about the partnership, so not independent
5) is just a directory service
6) is a primary source (see Wikipedia:Primary sources).

Just another quick one, you stated "because it's purpose is to provide information on a company and its employee-ownership model" - but that is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Check out Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. Wikipedia articles only exist to summarise what independent, third party sources state about a topic. There are, unfortunately, plenty of articles on Wikipedia that do not meet this criteria because we have literally millions of articles that haven't yet been checked.
Sorry if this was a bit disheartening and confusing, it's just worth remembering that Wikipedia is not a social media site like LinkedIn.

Hey, agree with you and know it is hard work to edit the mess created by multiple people. In general - most of the companies have their wikipedia pages, which present the company and its history, also link to technologies used.
I hope this might be ok for the ShapeBlue page also.
