Chiltern Way Academy

edit

I undid your edit as it has a promotional tone that makes the article sound like an advert. Jim1138 (talk) 09:34, 8 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Help me!

edit

Regarding Chiltern Way Academy article.

I am Principal of the Chiltern Way Academy. The article is inaccurate, badly written and reflects badly on the school.

I attempted an edit this morning but the edit was rejected by 'mean as custard'.

Please help me with...

Hi Imccaul. You wrote things like "We provide high-quality education, care and therapies..." That is pure promotional content, written in in an unencyclopedic tone using the first person, was not verified by citation to a reliable source, and is a copyright violation, since it copies content from chilternwayfederation.org.uk/ which has not been released under a compatible free copyright license. I accordingly agree with Mean as custard's revert. You're right that the article is in a poor state – it is almost entirely unsourced – but the content you added was no proper replacement. As someone with an obvious conflict of interest in editing, what I suggest is that you post to the talk page (at Talk:Chiltern Way Academy), explaining what is incorrect in the text, what you think should be added, and removed, and state what reliable sources exist to verify any additions. You can draw people to your request by posting above it the templates {{Request edit}}. Best regards--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 12:52, 8 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Imccaul Sorry Mr Mcaul they are right you are not allowed to make it sound like an advert as it is bias. Also I do know you as I have met you in person many times. Shadow345110 (talk) 21:42, 9 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
