Hi, I deleted your article because

• it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted. Although you gave a list of references, most of the text has no references at all, although you have nine references for his judo awards.
• it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.

• You fully capitalised his name as the article title, very spammy
• there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections. That is particularly the case when they are spamlinks to organisations and companies associated with him
• Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: renowned... an active player... actively cooperating... outcome of the Association’s systematic work were the victories achieved... the entire world for the first time ever started speaking about a brand new phenomenon known as the «Kazakh Jiu-Jitsu»... a massive public response worldwide... honorable member...— that's just from the first section
• It's spammy to have awards and achievements, especially when they are just lists and not part of the text, and you have no section for criticisms of him. It's a hagiography, not a balanced biography
• "Link of Times" is unencyclopaedic, unsourced, spammy and pointless

• The article was created in a single edit without wikilinks or references, and looks as if was copied from an unknown and possibly copyrighted source. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.
