Welcome

edit

Hello HubertPhanRaikou and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to Cutco, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a new contributors' help page, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Bohbye (talk) 03:01, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

  Hello, I'm Bohbye. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Cutco have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. Bohbye (talk) 03:03, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

  Hello, HubertPhanRaikou. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. 2601:188:180:1481:7D20:4BF0:ECA:F648 (talk) 03:17, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

  Hello, I'm Bohbye. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Bohbye (talk) 03:19, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

HubertPhanRaikou (talk)I'm not sure whats the issue about promotional referral is but the added material os definitely not promotional mor advertising. I'm doing it for the pure corporate social resposnsibility and corporate citizenship that comes with graduating from the company. I live in the silicony valley where business development is highly looked upon for having direct sales over direct marketing along with favoring the term multilevel marketing over the term referrals. I at least want to show the pedigree of maturity that is the industrial structure of cutco and its conglometrate holdings since I myself has served on the advisory board while in college and know the headquarters people myself. At least help me look credible by editing instead of reversing ghe change I implemented....it looks way bad just to keep reversing my article additions.

  Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Cutco, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Cutco, you may be blocked from editing. Stop adding useless information Bohbye (talk) 04:23, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

HubertPhanRaikou (talk)Stop reverting my edits, I'm not sure what interests you have in regressing CUTCO's public relations to what you say is "useless information" but everything I've written abides by the world web consortium and its referdum for postscript purposes. I met Jim Stitt Sr. and his son himself....and thr senior retired long ago. Stop your own vandalism sir. Otherwise you'll be banned from every article. I know the wiki community and wikipedia itself. Stop acting like some authority especially since no one outside cutco knows who you are. I have direct web consortium ties to this article and this is warning one.

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Cutco. Bohbye (talk) 04:54, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at USANA Health Sciences. Bohbye (talk) 04:58, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
