October edits edit

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to 2007 Boston Mooninite scare. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you.

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Harry Potter, you will be blocked from editing. V-train 21:48, 21 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

January 2008 edit

Hi, the recent edit you made to The Giving Tree has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. Mobscene edit

Do not change Mobscene to mOBSCENE, read Wikipedia:Manual of Style and Wikipedia:Naming conventions. — Save_Us 20:24, 29 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please read the specific section called Wikipedia:NAMING#Use standard English for titles even if trademarks encourage otherwise. The only exception to this section is articles where the first letter is lowercase and the letter after that is uppercase, like iPod and eBay. mOBSCENE doesn't meet this exception. Moving it to mOBSCENE renders most of the article title to be all caps, which is not encouraged. — Save_Us 22:50, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
First off the name will never be put at mObscene, that naming convention is for things that actually are named like that, like iPod; it would either be mOBSCENE or Mobscene. Again, the name of the above section is called Use standard English for titles even if trademarks encourage otherwise, mOBSCENE is not standard English. All caps =/= standard. Understand? — Save_Us 23:02, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
It is not a double standard, there is an exception to the guideline above for things with a lowercase beginning letter and a capitalized second letter. mOBSCENE isn't the same thing and is mostly all caps, thus the above guideline applies. — Save_Us 23:07, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
If you disagree with the guidelines take the conversation someplace else. — Save_Us 23:11, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

You're WP:POINTy edits are not wanted. [1]Save_Us 11:30, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

I already told you once that if you dispute naming conventions and manual of style then to dispute it. Otherwise, changes like you made are against what is established at the guideline pages. And this is your first warning for making personal attacks at my talk page. — Κaiba 05:29, 6 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
