Telluride Blues & Brews Festival.

Hi. Rather than going round the endless cycle of review templates, I'll quickly re-review this now. There are some references on there that are enough to suggest notability of the festival. However, there are still some formatting issues. There still formatting issues with references, and I really don't think the complete festival lists are required.
