  • You don't need to read anything - anybody can edit; just go to an article and edit it. Be Bold, but please don't put silly stuff in - it will be removed very quickly, and will annoy people.
  • Ask for help. Talk to us live, or edit this page, put {{helpme}} and describe what help you need. Someone will reply very quickly - usually within a few minutes.
  • Edit existing articles, before you make your own. Look at some subjects that you know about, and see if you can make them a bit better. For example, Wikipedia:Cleanup#2009.
  • When you're ready, read about Your first article. It should be about something well-known, and it will need references.

Good luck with editing; please drop me a line some time on my own talk page.

There's lots of information below. Once again, welcome to the fantastic world of Wikipedia!

Anoya Zulu?

edit

Greetings, saw your article about the Anoya Zulu school, and I cleaned it up, formatted, added a category, etc. However, I see there is no article on Anoya Zulu. Maybe you'd be interested in starting an article about him? Check out some other articles on African leaders so you can get a feel for the formatting and how to use footnotes. You can also use books.google.com to get some citations to provide references for the article. When you cite a fact from a book or newspaper, just put the letters <ref> and </ref> at the end of the fact, and put the title, author, publisher and date of the book/newspaper between them, like this: <ref>Smith, John. ''History of Algeria. Dunwoody Press, Chicago, 2003.</ref> Welcome to Wikipedia, and good luck! MatthewVanitas (talk) 19:35, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Anoya Zulu Secondary School

edit

The article Anoya Zulu Secondary School has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NSCHOOL. Non-notable school lacking WP:SIGCOV in WP:RS.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 33ABGirl (talk) 13:42, 17 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
