Ask intelligent questions
When asking a question at the Help desk or the Reference desk, please include all the facts needed to answer the question. For example, do not ask "who was president in 1900?" without mentioning the country you are interested in. This prevents the volunteers of those departments from having to ask follow-up questions before providing answers. Friendly reminder: the Help desk is for questions on how to use Wikipedia, while the Reference desk is for questions about anything else (real world questions). – – Read more: |
If you'd like any further help, contact me on my user talk page or put a {{help me}} template up on your own user talk page and someone will be along to help you. :) Banaticus (talk) 03:47, 21 December 2011 (UTC)

Misspelled Titles
editPlease do not create redirects from misspelled titles, it is not Wikipedia policy to do so as most search engines provide spell checking automatically. Millermk90 (talk) 04:11, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Rubinkumar (talk) 04:14, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
why would you call them test edits? I try to make wikipedia better and you delete my work... Google doesn't fix typos in the address bar
People will leave you messages on your talk page about Wikipedia subjects. Sometimes they are just greetings, sometimes they are asking questions about Wikipedia articles. See WP:TP.
Stop!
editPlease stop making spelling check pages that redirect you as a spell-check will automatically be in place. Thank you.--Rubinkumar (talk) 04:16, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
