Maps?

Hi. I took Battle of the Trebia and Battle of Lake Trasimene to GA in 2020 and hope to take them to FA in the near future. They could really do with some maps, is this something you might be able to help with? Thanks. Gog the Mild (talk) 22:21, 29 June 2022 (UTC)

@Gog the Mild: Sure! If you give me a prompt, I can make what you need -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 20:18, 1 July 2022 (UTC)

WikiCup 2022 July newsletter

The third round of the 2022 WikiCup has now come to an end. Each of the sixteen contestants who made it into the fourth round had at least 180 points, which is a lower figure than last year when 294 points were needed to progress to round 4. Our top scorers in round 3 were:

  •   BennyOnTheLoose, with 746 points, a tally built both on snooker and other sports topics, and on more general subjects.
  •   Bloom6132, with 683 points, garnered mostly from "In the news" items and related DYKs.
  •   Sammi Brie, with 527, from a variety of submissions related to radio and television stations.

Between them contestants achieved 5 featured articles, 4 featured lists, 51 good articles, 149 DYK entries, 68 ITN entries, and 109 good article reviews. As we enter the fourth round, remember that any content promoted after the end of round 3 but before the start of round 4 can be claimed in round 4. Please also remember that you must claim your points within 14 days of "earning" them. When doing GARs, please make sure that you check that all the GA criteria are fully met. Please also remember that all submissions must meet core Wikipedia policies, regardless of the review process.

If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is a good article nomination, a featured process, or anything else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews Needed (remember to remove your listing when no longer required). Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! If you wish to start or stop receiving this newsletter, please feel free to add or remove your name from Wikipedia:WikiCup/Newsletter/Send. In appreciation

  The honourable opposer's award
By the authority vested in me by myself I present you with this award in recognition of one or more well argued opposes at FAC. I may or or may not agree with your reasoning and/or your oppose, but I take a Voltarian attitude towards your right to state it. Thank you, such stands help to make Wikipedia stronger. Deleting Monaem Khan Raju

Hello! I noticed you’ve been involved and played key part of the deletion of Monaem Khan Raju.

I've been working on Wikipedia for more than two years, mostly on football related articles. I've even created 13 articles of footballers (you can check on my user page). So based on the experience I've, I can assure you that IT'S A COMPLETE ERROR.

I have noticed another Wikipedian already approached you over this issue when I visited your talk page. He gave you couple of sources which should be enough to proof Monaem's notability. I'm giving you another source below. I hope you would restore the article as soon as possible.

Monaem Khan Raju

hello, you u recently deleted-Monaem Khan Raju. But the article meets Wikipedia guidelines since Raju made 23 appearances for the Bangladesh national football team. [1] and National teams is a reliable source. These article also suggests that Raju played full international games for Bangladesh [2]. And this article states his name on the starting 11 and shows his picture during a goal celebration (no15) [3]. This should be enough evidence to restore his page. FNH004 (talk) 06:57, 19 July 2022 (UTC)

@FNH004: NFOOTY no longer exists, so notability is based on press coverage instead of caps. Please see the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Monaem Khan Raju for the community consensus. If you disagree you may appeal to WP:Deletion Review. In my opinion, the links you provided are examples passing coverage and would not have changed the outcome of the discussion if they were presented. -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 20:27, 19 July 2022 (UTC)

DrDoctor ‎

Could you let me have the deleted article? I think I can recycle some of the content. Rathfelder (talk) 21:35, 25 July 2022 (UTC)

@Rathfelder: Where are you proposing to merge the article? -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 10:52, 27 July 2022 (UTC)
Parts of it will go into coverage of various NHS trusts, NHS England and related articles Rathfelder (talk) 12:22, 27 July 2022 (UTC)

TFL notification

Hi, Guerillero. After I saw your message, I decided to just schedule your list for the 19th. The other list was a music-related page anyway, and I have no issue pushing that appearance back a bit for an article that has more date relevance. The blurb is here for your reviewing pleasure. Cheers. Giants2008 (Talk) 21:26, 29 July 2022 (UTC)

War crimes in the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Edit war?

Thank you for your closure of this enforcement request and for the advice about avoiding walls of text that no one will read - I'll try my best to follow your advice. As I'm not very experienced about conflict resolution here, could you please tell me if this looks like a violation of the 3RR to you: User:Gitz6666/sandbox and, if so, where do you think this should be discussed: at AE (again) or AN3? Thank you, Gitz (talk) (contribs) 01:04, 30 July 2022 (UTC)

VM self-reverted. I don't see anything else to do here -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 12:48, 30 July 2022 (UTC)
Yes, thank you. It's been going on like that since the end of March and it's quite unlikely there will be an improvement in the near future. I feel that many disputes could be avoided if more experienced editors/admins were working on the article or alternatively were willing to provide advice as a non-involved third parties.
