Wikipedia is not the place to drop content you copied from somewhere else

Hi. I'm having both your drafts deleted. Draft:Krakow ICORN City of Refuge is mostly copied from krakowcityofliterature.com/belarusan-icorns-fellow-visits-krakow. Draft:Krakow UNESCO City of Literature is mostly copied from http://www.dublincityofliterature.net/newsmedia.html#!/pages/The-Looking-Glass-Magazine/120504311392360. Copyright violations are prohibited. Furthermore, the content you added sounded more promotional than encyclopedic. If you want to add encyclopedic content add it to the article about Kraków.
