This is being posted on your Talk page where you can receive messages from other Wikipedians and discuss issues and respond to questions. At the end of each message you will see a signature left by the editor posting. This is done by signing with four ~~~~ or by pressing or in the editing interface tool box, located just above the editing window (when editing). Do not sign edits that you make in the articles themselves as those messages will be deleted, but only when using the article talkpage, yours or another editor's talkpage. Mughal Artillery edit

Hi Goldduck58,

Just wanted to let you know that I/we have looked at your article. It appears so far that all the information comes from one source which is in the public domain. I have added a complete reference under references. If you want to continue with inline citations that would be wonderful. Looking at capabilities and rules, there are many different ways this can be done. I have actually added a few different ways to the first section of your article. I want you to use the method you feel most comfortable with. Some information links are: Wikipedia:Citing sources/Example edits for different methods, Template:Refn, and Wikipedia:Citing sources. Page numbers are really all that is needed using one source, such as (p.244). If you like one of the other methods, use that. If you add more sources then it will get a bit more complicated. If you have any questions, just drop a note on my talk page. Thanks for you good work on the Wikipedia. --  :- ) Don 22:26, 18 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

  • To merge cells you will want to look at the colspan and rowspan attributes. Rich Farmbrough, 15:59, 19 October 2012 (UTC).Reply

Footnotes/references edit

Hi Goldduck,

Since your article relies primarily on one reference, but people are probably going to add others, I'm going to suggest you use the footnote format with page numbers. It should be the least intrusive and most efficient space wise. Unless you have objections, I will reformat what you have. --  :- ) Don 03:49, 20 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Goldduck58. You have new messages at Dcshank's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Can you do IRC? Chat might be easier, but it is my bed time soon. I am guessing you are in India? --  :- ) Don 05:53, 20 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Mughal Artillery edit

Okay, Goldduck58. I think I found a citation method that is least work and generates least text. Have a look. --  :- ) Don 17:17, 21 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Deletion discussion about Ahsham (Mughal Infantry) edit

Hello, Goldduck58,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Ahsham (Mughal Infantry) should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ahsham (Mughal Infantry) .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks, Fatbuu1000 (talk) 05:29, 31 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
