I know what he is listed as, but no one calls him that. You can make a case to try and make that clear in the cast section, but referring to him by a name that isn't his during the film is a little inaccurate. Like I said, the news broadcaster mentioned it once, and it was in the last 15 minutes of the film. If you want to make a case like "Marko, referred to as "Sandman" in the news, does...." that's once thing, but you are retconning the name to the beginning of the plot. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
