Signpost question

How do I make a subpage for the Signpost bulletins so I don't get a ping every week, but still can read them in my own time? SnowComfortable6726 (talk) 13:17, 17 July 2023 (UTC)

The signposts can be read at WP:Wikipedia Signpost with full archives at Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Archives. It is not necessary to subscribe (and get pings) in order to be able to read it.
