File permission problem with File:AZaryan Singing.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:AZaryan Singing.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.

Uploaded again

Hi There, I notice that you've uploaded basically the same image again. You are claiming that it was made by "marta orlik" and on the previous version stated that it came from Aga Zaryan's website. Unless you follow the instructions above, this image will be deleted again in about a week. I can see the image on her website and the copyright notice below. I cannot see anything that demonstrates the licences you have picked are correct. Please drop me a note if you do have permission (in writing) but cannot work out the above process - Peripitus (Talk) 20:41, 13 January 2010 (UTC)

I can see that here manager has sent a permissions email. Unfortunately the email was not sufficient to confirm that the image is freely released. The copyright for this images appears to be owned by Marta Orlik, so she will need to confirm the licence for the image - Peripitus (Talk) 21:05, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
