You continue to introduce false generalities loosely backed by an editorial source to the lead and have reverted my restoration of the long-standing lead five times now (counting your IPs). Please see WP:3RR for edit warring. Not all of your edits have been disruptive and I encourage to improve Wikipedia, but to also take a look at WP:Reliable sources, WP:NPOV and the Wikipedia guidelines in general. Things are not as complicated as they might seem here as long as you respect the basic pillars of editing.

You should also be aware that especially in an article that is a GA, such as Gamal Abdel Nasser, we strive for a higher standard of editing, preferably dependent on scholarly sources and not recent newspaper editorials that mention the subject in passing like the editorial you're using from the NY Sun. It also doesn't help that the assertion you're making is simply incorrect. As far as the lead's intro paragraph, you cannot unilaterally delete it after its inclusion has been agreed on at the talk page. We can discuss it further at the talk page and come to a solution about it, but you cannot just dump it until we come to that solution. The page is currently under temporary protection, but if you continue to edit disruptively I will report you to the administrator's noticeboard and you may be temporarily blocked. --Al Ameer (talk) 19:30, 12 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
