editWelcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and the articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Live at the Rainbow. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, try the sandbox, where you are given a good deal of freedom in what you write. —C.Fred (talk) 02:01, 31 May 2014 (UTC)
- C.Fred how do you know that my edit is not accurate, did you research to topic like I did. Their was in fact a riot after the show, and some speculate that the band members met their end there. Others say this was an elaborate hoax. Perhaps i should have included public opinions in my edit. Thank you for you concerns.
- Perhaps instead you should cite reliable sources and not include speculation or original research. —C.Fred (talk) 02:34, 31 May 2014 (UTC)
C.Fred how can you discredit my sources, did you do any research to combat my claims?
- What page of the book are your claims located on? —C.Fred (talk) 02:37, 31 May 2014 (UTC)
C.Fred How can you discredit other peoples edits, when you obviously did no research whatsoever to disprove them, I can ask you the same question.
- The burden of verification is on the editor who adds the material. —C.Fred (talk) 02:43, 31 May 2014 (UTC)
But the burden can also be on the Editor who removes the material, he should be sure before he discredits the author's work.
- Not generally. See WP:BURDEN. —C.Fred (talk) 02:49, 31 May 2014 (UTC)
C.Fred I have cited my information and edited the page again.— Preceding unsigned comment added by {} (talk • contribs)
