Your draft article, User:Er22chi

edit

Hello, Er22chi. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Er22chi".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|User:Er22chi}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 21:01, 19 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Zazpot. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Zazpot (talk) 00:27, 14 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to GNU Privacy Guard. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Zazpot (talk) 01:16, 14 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at GNU Privacy Guard, you may be blocked from editing. Zazpot (talk) 05:01, 14 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Help GNU Privacy Guard shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Bbb23 (talk) 11:38, 14 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising, as you did at GNU Privacy Guard. Zazpot (talk) 01:53, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Content from My Page

edit

Hi Er22chi, and welcome to Wikipedia. A friendly Wikipedian informed me that you have taken content from my page, verbatim, and represented as yourself on your user profile page. I kindly ask that you refrain from this, as it may give the appearance that you are an administrator (which you are not). In the mean time, I have removed this content from your page on your behalf. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this! Chrislk02 Chris Kreider 01:32, 14 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring at GNU Privacy Guard

edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

The full report is at the edit warring noticeboard. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 04:03, 15 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Er22chi, now that your block has expired, if you continue to revert the article at GNU Privacy Guard you will be blocked for a longer time, perhaps indefinitely. Is this what you want? Consider posting at Talk:GNU Privacy Guard to see if you can find others to agree with you about mentioning the Guard7 utility in the article. EdJohnston (talk) 14:02, 19 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
