Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Zoriyfront.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 03:03, 7 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Zoriy Zinger

edit

A tag has been placed on Zoriy Zinger requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Drive-by Inspections

edit

Hello, Thanks for your article about Drive-by Inspection. An automated program that I ran picked up some areas to focus on and I did some editing (to resolve WP:wikify, WP:Deadend issues).

Some points to consider:

  • Citations – are needed to provide information about the secondary WP:Reliable sources used to create an article. It's especially important when the question of notability is raised. I've added one citation as an example for you. The sources are best when they come from a book, journal or article, for instance, rather than web sites that might be considered WP:Primary sources, which are unacceptable.
  • Notability – it seems to me that there's plenty out there on this subject, so it seems to make sense to continue with the article. Others may disagree.
  • Articles that link to it – it's just my personal opinion, but I think this relates to notability, too. If there are no other articles that could link to it, than it's hard to prove it's notable. I think some examples of the types of articles to link to it are Mortgage, Foreclosure, Rental property... but you may know better than I. The addition of the link to the article can be made within the body of an article with a wikilink [[Drive-by Inspections]], adding it to a list in a "See also" section with the wikilink, and in a template, such as if there's a template (see: Category:Finance templates)
  • Topic – when I googled to check for notability, term use, etc. I found that there seem to be two uses of the terms: one for foreclosure and another for a quick inspection of a property (not going through Foreclosure). So I made some edits accordingly.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any questions, please let me know.--CaroleHenson (talk) 04:09, 29 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

P.S. I've set this as one of my "watch" pages, so you can answer here, the update will show up in my list.--CaroleHenson (talk) 04:10, 29 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Bankruptcy means test

edit

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Bankruptcy means test, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.howtofilebankruptcy.com/bankruptcy-means-test.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) MadmanBot (talk) 21:25, 9 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Electronic cigarette. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. McGeddon (talk) 18:14, 12 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Drive-by inspection

edit

The article Drive-by inspection has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The sources on the article seem tied to selling this as a way to make money, and I couldn't find any reputable sources to prove this to be a notable subject.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 170.178.234.233 (talk) 15:44, 1 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
