Place of Birth:- Himalaya region of Yolmo valley Helambu, Sindhupalchok.

Early Education:- Starting Primary education from Helambu, Primary education from Buddha in Kathmandu, and Graduated from Nyingma University, Mysore, South India (1984-1993).

Nyingma University:- to teach for 8 years.

Monastery Management and Development Committee Chairman: - Government of Nepal Ministry of Culture and Tourism, 4000 monasteries under:- 2001 to 2006.

Member of Parliament:- From 2007 to 2013 Minister of State for Finance:- From  2010 to 2011.

Member of Parliament:- From 2014 to 2015

Vice Chairman, Lumbini Development Trust:- 2023 to present continue.

International organization:-

Executive Member International Buddhist of  Confederation (IBC):- 2010 to 2016.

Central Secretary of International Buddhist of  Confederation (IBC):-2016 to 2022.

President of International Buddhist of  Confederation (IBC):- 2023 till present continue
