This draft has no references and does not establish notability. It consists mostly of peacock language such as "Being a gentle soul and ready to help anyone, and unable to say “No” he was overwhelmed by people asking for all kinds of favors. That was one of the reasons why, in 1987, he packed up his belongings and family, and moved 4000 kilometers to Gabriola Island in British Columbia.

True to character, after an accident that left one of his friends paralyzed, Georgi decided to put his expertise into helping handicapped people overcome the mobility challenge."

We do not permit biographies of living people that do not have specific verification in the text for every substantial point. General references at the bottom are not enough. Every specific fact must have a reference, usually at the level of one per sentence or paragraph. The way to general statements for which you will not really be able to find specific references is to omit them. A sentence like "And that day marked the beginning of his long reign as the speed champion of World Human Powered Vehicles Association." needs sufficient documentation to show he was continuously the champion since then with no break--others its puffery.

There is no point submitting it again until you add them.

Please examine WP:Referencing for beginners and learn how sources can be joined with their sourced information. Also, this article will still need any available amount of sources overall such as news, books, magazines and journals. Applicable notability here would be WP:CREATIVE (considering the art) but I'm still not convinced this is acceptable for that yet.

Putting a worthy person in WikipediaDoicho Uzunov (talk) 08:08, 31 March 2016 (UTC) edit

OK, I am giving up. From what I understood Wikipedia become an extension of the tabloids. In Wikipedia you can find extensive information on any porn star, mass murderer, gossip personality and worthless “celebrities” but not on a thousands of people that invented a product or have an achievement that is of the benefit to the society, simply because they are not scandalous enough to be mentioned in the media.
