Reliable sources
editWhat makes the New York Times a reliable source suitable for verifiability is that it is edited and checked for accuracy, and is of known and limited biases, especially outside the editorial columns. The He-Man Stalinist Commies (Randite Tendency) Peoples' Gazette is likely to have a non-neutral point-of-view. WildmanJim's Real Poop on Everybody and Their Mommas: The Blog You Love to Sneer At is edited by nobody but WildmanJim (whoever he or she may be in real life), and cannot be relied on for much of anything; the same would apply to WildmanJim's posts to a bulletin board or Internet forum, Usenet newsgroup, etc.--167.218.152.239 (talk) 20:51, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
