  Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, I'm the One (DJ Khaled song), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 06:11, 30 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

  Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to I'm the One (DJ Khaled song). Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Materialscientist (talk) 06:13, 30 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

  Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to I'm the One (DJ Khaled song). Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jim1138 (talk) 08:34, 30 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

References

edit

Adding references is how we ensure that content is valid. Without references, a reader can not easily validate information and there is no presumption of accuracy. See Help:Referencing for beginners and Help:footnotes. This is covered by the Wikipedia policy of wp:verifiability (WP:V). Please wp:cite your edits with wp:reliable sources (RS). Per WP:V unsourced content can be removed. Thank you Jim1138 (talk) 08:36, 30 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Possible conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, Davidior. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article I'm the One (DJ Khaled song), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 08:36, 30 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

I'm the One (DJ Khaled song)

I see a "David Park" as a composer on allmusic and as "NS" on ascap. Please enlighten me on how to read teh ascap page? I don't understand the "NS". You were adding DaviDor here as a producer. Allmusic lists David Park as a composer and not a producer. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 04:07, 25 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
