I have reviewed the deleted page and I am declining your request to restore it for editing. The subject of the page does not seem to meet our policies on WP:ANYBIO and WP:BLP. Since this page was created in the userpage, it's possible it was only meant to be a user profile page but since it is so biographical in nature, it's important to note that Wikipedia is not a WP:NOTSOCIALNETWORK.
