Sorry you are finding it so confusing here!

Hi,

I am responding to your comment at the feedback dashboard.

It takes a long, long time to become familiar with the ways of Wikipedia. I found that reading lots of articles and looking at the code is the best way to learn. It's not easy. You started out the hard way by writing a whole article!

Perhaps making small edits to lots of articles is an easier way of getting a handle on what is expected here. And do a lot of reading, looking around and exploring article talk pages and policy/guideline pages.

I noticed that you never got a Welcome template with helpful links. So I'm going to stick one at the bottom of this message.

And don't hesitate to ask questions or ask for help. There is also an "adopt a user" program where you could get help, as well as lots of places to ask questions. The Village Pump is a good place.

Or ask me. I can probably steer you in the right direction. And I can help you with formation of references, article structure, copy editing, etc.

Best wishes,

KennethSides (talk) 03:42, 8 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
