Bassmint Productions/Soul Intent edit

Vandalism? I know what MY history is, more than any of the editors and so-called sources that this "info" isbeing culled from. DJbuttehfingiz111 (talk) 18:00, 7 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Bassmint Productions/Soul Intent edit

According to the link, I can't send anything. Is there another option? I'm not letting this go, I'm who I say I am and I can and will prove it, nevermind the fact that, who would or has gone through all this rigamarole and was an impersonator? DJbuttehfingiz111 (talk) 03:12, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

You can upload it as a video to YouTube, It wound be the best method. Mysticair667537 (talk) 8 February 2019 (UTC)

You can log out of your account and use your IP which you have used to edit before which hasn't been blocked yet and post the link to the video on your account talk page Mysticair667537 (talk) 8 February 2019 (UTC)

Youtube video is off wiki evidence, it will not be accepted. --Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 03:42, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Bassmint Productions/Soul Intent edit

Well, this other editor, Thegooduser, seems to be looking for every way to prevent me from providing proof. I told him to, instead, tell me the sure fire way to provide it, so I'm waiting on him to tell me, if he can. DJbuttehfingiz111 (talk) 03:52, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

you will receive instructions if you are soft-blocked. --Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 03:53, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

So, you're not gonna just tell me? You seem to be extremely informed about the process. DJbuttehfingiz111 (talk) 03:56, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

  • No. It's up to an Admin to decide what happens, and I am not an Admin. Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 03:58, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
    • Okay, so you've been absolutely no help at all, thanks. Don't contact me, ever again. DJbuttehfingiz111 (talk) 04:00, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
      • OK stop it. What is the problem? You tried to add some silly name, "Caucasian Pimp" to an article. This business of the name--you were trying to change the content to where it said the same thing in different words: a distinction without a difference, except that you gave preference to the one name over the other. Big deal.

Or is this about the COI template? Well, you say you have a COI, so that template is correct. But you're not blocked, you're not prevented from editing the article--though by know you've been edit warring and changing things without proper secondary sources. Keep that up and you'll be blocked for disruptive editing. Drmies (talk) 04:05, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

        • I didn't and wasn't trying to add some "silly name". Caucasian Pimp was added by another editor, I was trying to establish the fact that Vitamin C IS Caucasian Pimp, not two different people, as well as the fact that Soul Intent wasn't formed in 1989, nor were Delirious D and V-top in Bassmint Productions and Soul Intent. I'm, as well, trying to establish that I'm the D.J. Butter Fingers of Bassmint Productions and Soul Intent, but according to these editors, someone involved in the actual history of this stuff is, somehow, creating a COI by simply providing factual information, and I fail to see how that's possible. DJbuttehfingiz111 (talk) 04:12, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
          • OK. First, please stop making new sections every time. Click "edit" and look at the asterisks. Much easier. Second, if you are correct you obviously have a COI. That doesn't mean you can't provide factual information. The problem, as I see it, is that you offer no sources for your edits, which means that we have no reason to assume your information is better than what we already have. Now, I'm going to see what I can find in the history. Listen, I'll take your word for it, for what you said--I have no problem doing that. The best thing that you can do for the article, besides pointing out these things, is find the sources, the websites and magazine and newspaper articles and the books and all that that actually talk about these groups. Because there is precious little sourcing. BTW, if you need to ping me, just type my user name like this, User:Drmies, and if you sign your name in that message I receive an electric shock that redirects me back to my laptop. Thanks, and take it easy, Drmies (talk) 04:27, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • User:Mysticair667537, you added those names (Delirious D and V Top), as far as I can tell, but I see no sourcing for it, no explanation. Drmies (talk) 04:33, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Well, the problem is, the so-called reliable sources i.e. articles and the like, either don't exist, or are factually false and/or biased. The info about all this, that IS correct, was provided by me and, unlike what Mystic says, was not culled from the Frizzo/Manix interview, he doesn't provide half of the info that I've provided, nevermind the fact that I wasn't aware of the interview until 2 years ago, 3 years after I edited the initial misinformation that was on here, that was absolutely not backed by any sources, yet stayed up without anyone editing or questioning where it came from. Only after I changed it, was anyone interested in editing anything. If there's no real tangible, factual sources, besides what I'm trying to provide, I can't very well back up what I'm saying with inaccurate and/or false sources, and what I'm saying is being doubted at every angle, then it's a catch 22 situation, or Wikipedia is choosing to go with the misinformation and not allow me to prove who I am and that what I say is truly correct. The only real source should be the ones who were involved, not secondary, by people with a personal agenda and so on. DJbuttehfingiz111 (talk) 05:07, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

  • No, sorry, the only sources we should allow is reliable secondary sources. I don't know who has what agenda, and it's not my business to try and figure that out. I'm about to post on some relevant Wiki project to see if any editors can come up with proper material--you may have noted that I have already removed a source that didn't mention anything relevant, and that I removed the names you mentioned since they weren't properly verified or explained. In other words, I'm doing the best I can with limited resources. BTW I listened to a few tracks, including "Conceptual Corrections" and "Biterphobia". There was some fancy scratching on that last track. Drmies (talk) 05:39, 8 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
