Can I use your sandbox? Big Al ;-) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.6.72.207 (talk) 07:28, 18 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi Al!
I don't know if WP let's other people use a sandbox assigned to a different user, but you can leave messsages here if you want to try out the WP formatting. You would probably enjoy having your own WP user page better, though.

Snail page

edit

This page underwent a big reconstruction a year or two ago; the land snails were given their own article, and it may also have been at that time that the marine snail and freshwater snail pages were put on the same footing. It became much shorter. I know at least one person who worked on it then and watches it is an expert; like you, I am very much not one. So I have the impression it is now laid out the way the relevant Wiki-Project does these articles, but I suggest you place your concerns on the talkpage. Specifically, I think land snail might make a better link than terrestrial in the passage you edited, and as you can see I left much of your change there as being a bit clearer; I just don't see it as any clearer to have the sentence trailing off like that. But as to changing the hatnote, and any other broader issues, if you ask on the talkpage, the experts will see and presumably respond. --Yngvadottir (talk) 12:18, 30 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
