Disambiguation link notification for October 12

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Andrea Dovizioso, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page JiR Team Scot. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

FIA Hillclimb Masters 2014

Hi Cs-wolves. You edited the track record in the box to the new one established by Nicolas Schatz. As this article is for one race, shouldn't the track record in the box be the one that stood before the event started? Regards --178.201.70.133 (talk) 20:11, 15 November 2014 (UTC)

Is that your answer to my question? Wipe? I ask you friendly and that is your reaction? --178.201.70.133 (talk) 21:33, 15 November 2014 (UTC)

Template for making result tables

Because you're making great efforts on many cycling articles I post this on your talk page. For making it easier making tables of a bicycle races I created a template. To read about the template see Template:Cyclingresult/doc. Please respond here if you think this is helpful or if you have any comments. Thanks, Sander.v.Ginkel (talk) 13:58, 1 December 2014 (UTC)

December 2014

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Kimi Räikkönen may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Sky template

Hi Cs-Wolves,

When you view the Sky riders template, is one side of the table not 3/4 lines longer than the other?

Bathurst 12 Hour

Any advice on how to deal with an IP editor who only engages to delete then revert? Bathurst 12 Hour article. --Falcadore (talk) 18:14, 8 February 2015 (UTC)

Ref fix on 2015 Formula One season

Thanks for fixing the reference I entered, but I was already handling it. Your actions resulted in an edit conflict for me of course. And since you had already made the edit I wanted to do, I didn't have to change it anymore.

Vandalism at Ferdinand Habsburg

Hi Cs-wolves, I'm not familiar with the practice of deletions in the en-Wikipedia. Today a new user startet an article about Ferdinand Habsburg (racing driver). But Habsburg already has an article here: Ferdinand Zvonimir von Habsburg. Can you solve this problem? Kind regards, --Gamma127 (talk) 23:18, 25 February 2015 (UTC)

Ct template

Hi there, hope you're well. Were you aware that the Template:Ct has been changed so that the year now changes the link to the team's season page according to the year (if available)? I've asked Sander about it here. Just want you're opinion on it. Thanks BaldBoris 01:02, 4 March 2015 (UTC)

Hehe

I like Dundee United, do you? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hannah dufc (talkcontribs) 18:50, 16 March 2015 (UTC)

Scottish Fairground Culture Editathon

Hey there! As a Wikipedian in Scotland I thought you might be interested in the Scottish Fairground Culture editathon taking place on 7 May at the Riverside Museum - drop me a line if you'd like to know more! Lirazelf (talk) 14:46, 2 April 2015 (UTC)

Heads up

I just wanted to let you know that I've 2015 Daytona 500 up for Good Article nomination. Since you and I have done the lions share of the work on it, would you read over it and tell me if I should proceed with it or not?--Nascar king 12:11, 6 April 2015 (UTC)

Un-edit

Well I just transcribed the drivers from watching the race live on ESPN, and updated incorrect or obsolete information. But if you got better sources that's fine too Philby NZ (talk) 05:46, 7 April 2015 (UTC)

Is the snark necessary?

Hi. You are, obviously, quite right about my mistaken creation of Template:Cycling data JLT, though no doubt you will concede that it can be a challenge to determine which data pages exist and which don't. On the other hand, I really don't appreciate the snark of your edit summary. If you'd asked me, I'd have G7'd it. Relentlessly (talk) 07:37, 27 April 2015 (UTC)

Slightly patronising and somewhat missing the point of my comment a few pixels up, but your point has been taken, believe me. Relentlessly (talk) 11:00, 28 April 2015 (UTC)

Favour

Was wondering if you could do me a small favour and give your support for my nomination for Simpson for FAC. I know you previously told me it could get FA status. Thanks BaldBoris 12:22, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

Cheers for that buddy. Yea I agree that 5 September would be good. Either way, I'd be happy for it to on any day. I reverted an edit a while back, was that sorting the issue out? Could you point me to the guidelines regarding the ordering of refs? BaldBoris 19:25, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Sean Thompson

The article Sean Thompson has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable minor league baseball player.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 2012 Tour

I've nominated 2012 Tour de France for GA and thought it could quite easily become a good topic. I've sorted out 2012 Tour de France, Prologue to Stage 10 and 2012 Tour de France, Stage 11 to Stage 20 ready for GAN, and as you wrote them, do you want to nominate them? I'll use List of teams and cyclists in the 2015 Tour de France as a guide to nominate the 2012 one for FLC. Let me know what you think, cheers. BaldBoris 21:33, 21 September 2015 (UTC)

Ha, I wanted to rename it to 2012 Tour as I pressed save.. There's a fair few from 2012 that should be GAs. I think you said you chose not to because of the long wait for the reviews, unlike the ones this year which have been done by the same person. Looking at Checklinks, there's only a couple dead ones. I don't think I'll get the main article to FA, so it will be good topic rather than featured. BaldBoris 22:19, 21 September 2015 (UTC)
