Speedy deletion nomination of Improve your Cricket (again!)

You created (apparently recreated) the page Improve your Cricket with the content:

PAGE TO BE ASSEMBLED SOON! PLEASE ADMINS GIVE ME A DAY TO MAKE PAGE!

There are several things wrong with this:

1. The title of the page implies that whatever content will be added will be instructional in nature, but Wikipedia is not a how-to guide.
2. There is no need to create a page as a placeholder -- when you are ready to create actual content, you can add the page then. Better -- create the page in your user space and move it to the article space when it is ready.
3. You have been clearly warned about many problems with your editing -- perhaps it would be best if you take a break and read through the many guidelines that have been pointed out to you to see where you have gone wrong.

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
