In-line citations edit

Hi Conrad, Thank you for working on the topic of Nantucket in the Revolutionary War. I note that you have a number of references from which you are building the article. You may not yet be familiar with how to turn them into in-line references. For information on that, please consult Wikipedia:Citation templates. The earlier that you start using in-line references, the earlier you will save yourself the effort of having to go back and support statements with references. Sincerely, User:HopsonRoad 16:39, 16 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Talk page message edit

Hello Conrad.troast, a message for you was left at Talk:Nantucket in the Revolutionary War, the talk page of the article you wrote. You can find an article's talk page via the "talk" tab at the top of the page.

To me it seems the article isn't finished yet, with rather little content about its supposed subject, the Revolutionary War history of Nantucket. If you want me to, I can turn the page into a draft that you can improve at your leisure and which you can submit for a review by an experienced editor when it's done. Proper lead section needed edit

Dear Conrad Troast, thank you for your work on Nantucket's neutrality during the American Revolutionary War. I see that other editors have taken an interest in the article. What it needs at this point is a summary of the article in the lead section. Currently, the lead section just describes where Nantucket is. That material should be moved to Background.
