Copyright Question
edit{{helpme}} I am new to posting on wiki. I went to "WP:IOWN" and I don't know what to do next exactly. There are, it appears to me, 3 options. (A: stating on the article's talk page that you are the copyright holder of the work, while not likely to prevent deletion, helps.) how do I do this? (B: It is sufficient to either: Make a note permitting reuse under the GFDL at the site of the original publication;) Again, I don't know how to do this, but I'm willing to do whatever is necessary. What is GFDL and how do i make a note at the site of the original publication. (C: or Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation. ) I did do this and my email is below, but I've not heard back from anyone yet

- The article has not been deleted yet; it was just a warning message about possible copyright violation.
- I'm not sure why you didn't find the article; perhaps you typed it in a different way, without a capital, or something?
- For your info, to link to an article, enclose it in [[ ]] like [[North East Chinese Basketball League]], which produces a link like this; North East Chinese Basketball League. That links to the current article.
- For more help with this, see WP:LINKING.
