WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages edit

When you create a talk page for a new article, can you add the WikiProject assessment templates to the talk of that article? See the talk page of the article I mentioned for an example of what I mean. Usually it is very simple, you just add something like {{WikiProject Keyword}} to the article's talk, with keyword replaced by the associated WikiProject (ex. if it's a biography article, you would use WikiProject Biography; if it's a United States article, you would use WikiProject United States, and so on). You do not have to rate the article if you do not want to, others will do it eventually. Those templates are very useful, as they bring the articles to a WikiProject attention, and allow them to start tracking the articles through Wikipedia:Article alerts and other tools. For example, WikiProject Poland relies on such templates to generate listings such as Article Alerts, Popular Pages, Quality and Importance Matrix and the Cleanup Listing. Thanks to them, WikiProject members are more easily able to defend your work from deletion, or simply help try to improve it further. Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like more information about using those talk page templates. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 20:09, 30 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

May 2015 edit

  Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at Faculty of Chemistry of Lodz University of Technology. Your edits have been reverted or removed.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. Recreating a page redirected by AfD and modifying the header to falsely reflect a KEEP decision as you did here [1] is disruptive. Do not do it again. Thank you for your understanding. Politechnika Łódzka, budownictwo edit

Sprawdź proszę ostatnie zdanie, a właściwie ostatnie dwa wyrazy, które dodałeś w Lodz University of Technology#Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering w tej edycji. (Studies studies wydaje mi się podejrzane, ale mój angielski nie jest tak dobry, jak bym chciał, i liczę się z tym, że tak właśnie miało być, więc nie będę tego sam zmieniać.) --CiaPan (talk) 09:25, 5 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Open access journal edit

Hi, Would you be interested in being an editor for the WikiJournal of Science? It's a journal modelled on the successful Wikipedia-integrated academic journal: WikiJournal of Medicine. Currently several physicists have joined the editorial board, but it is hoped that the journal will be open to all STEM topics. It'd mostly involve inviting articles and organising peer review. Anyway, let me know if it's the sort of thing that might interest you (Relevant short letter in Science). T.Shafee(Evo&Evo)talk 00:53, 9 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Sources needed for Days of the Year pages edit

You're probably not aware but Days of the Year pages are no longer exempt from WP:V and direct sources are required for additions. For details see the WikiProject Days of the Year style guide. The article about the person you added to February 17 ‎ did not have any source that I could add to this page to back up your addition so this change has been reverted. Please do not restore it without providing a direct reliable source. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 03:10, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Toddst1: Really can not find any sources??? Look at 3rd sentence of Friedrich_Konrad_Beilstein ending [ 1 ] - it's a reference! Eh, easier to revert? Chrumps (talk) 15:14, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
As I don't have access to that source, I can't verify it. That info may be in there - it may not. Beyond that, it's not my job. The WP:BURDEN is on you. Toddst1 (talk) 15:15, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Toddst1: So you should also delete that source in the article Friedrich Konrad Beilstein and relevant parts of the article, because you don't have access to it... and maybe all other sources in wikipedia with limited access? Chrumps (talk) 17:25, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Featuring your work on Wikipedia's front page: DYKs edit

Thank you for your recent articles, including Polish Radiation Research Society, which I read with interest. When you create an extensive and well referenced article, you may want to have it featured on Wikipedia's main page in the Did You Know section. Articles included there will be read by thousands of our viewers. To do so, add your article to the list at T:TDYK. Let me know if you need help, Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 06:36, 29 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
