I see you're a new user edit

And noticed your Wikipedia user name might possibly be your real name. You might want to read WP:REALNAME and Guidance for new users (Username policy). Thanks, Shearonink (talk) 02:11, 23 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Oh, right. How do I change it? Can you give me a link?Jennifer Oliveros ([[User talk:Jenni fer Oliveros#top|talk]]) 02:12, 23 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Take a look at Wikipedia:Changing username. You can either decide to:
  • Put in for a rename, getting your present account renamed *or*
  • Opt to simply walk away from your present account (what is called a WP:CLEANSTART) and start editing under a new username.
Hope this helps, Shearonink (talk) 03:13, 23 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
Thank you! You're very kind!

April 2014 edit

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Robert Murphy may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 03:53, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Categories edit

Hi, do you have time to fix some errors that you have introduced into numerous articles? Things like this are incorrect because of overcategorisation. The TIME 100 (2014) category is ok but the other one should not be present. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 08:41, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

I don't see it as overcategorization as this "TIME 100 Most Influential People in the World" is a master list of all the individuals included in the list since its conception in 1999. Its an umbrella category of the Time 100 list per year.Chocolate Charlie (talk) 08:45, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Chocolate Charlie. When categories are under discussion, you should not empty them. I know you're trying to do the right thing, but having some entries in the categories helps people understand how they would be used. Thus, can you put a few people back in? I'm guessing they will be deleted, but the bot can handle this if that's the case, you don't need to do anything. Best regards,--Obi-Wan Kenobi (talk) 23:47, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Met Gala edit

You have sort of messed up the Met Gala article by adding bare URLs for your WP:ICs. Could you look at the other citations and fix up the new ones that you added so that they are properly formatted. Otherwise, I might undo all of your changes.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 06:32, 2 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Oh, alright! I'll do it ASAP.Chocolate Charlie (talk) 06:34, 2 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

I see you added a bare url again. Please format your citations fully.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 08:06, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Alright, will do it ASAP. :)Chocolate Charlie (talk) 08:08, 9 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Benedict Cumberbatch edit

Hi, congratulations on the recent GA! I have nominated it for Did you know, which will hopefully result in the article appearing on the main page. The link is Template:Did you know nominations/Benedict Cumberbatch. Thanks, Matty.007 18:12, 4 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
