I am not sharing this account and there is no one else using this name or moniker. If you feel it looks too much like a business, I can change it to something else. I am an individual and not a company or group.

I have zero financial stake in the article I posted. There is no conflict of interest. While the article is not about me personally, it is not about someone I am related to, friends with or work with. I'm merely a fan who thought the artist should have a page on Wikipedia. I did interview the subject and got authorized photos to use in the article. I was not paid nor will I be for posting this article. --> shoy (reactions) 21:13, 29 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello Chillmedianorth. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.
