editPlease do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Ckatzchatspy 09:28, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
External Links
editHello. Your additions of Find-a-grave to article such as Ronald Reagan do not comply with our guidelines and are becoming fairly disruptive to the community. Please see the guidelines at Wikipedia:External links/Perennial websites and the WP:External links for further information. Unfortunately, if you continue to edit articles in this manner, it would result in your account being blocked. Darth Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 22:58, 23 March 2011 (UTC)

editPlease stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --CliffC (talk) 18:10, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Find-a-Grave links
editFind a Grave is not a reliable source, please stop adding these links. --CliffC (talk) 00:40, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
April 2011
editPlease do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Jane Russell. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. CliffC (talk) 21:59, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

editWhat are your sources for these changes, such as that Anthony Quayle died specifically in Chelsea? You need to cite them. Yngvadottir (talk) 00:20, 30 March 2013 (UTC)
Hi,
He died at his home in Chelsea, London. Here is a newspaper which indicates that he died there. http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1301&dat=19891022&id=fbQnAAAAIBAJ&sjid=EugDAAAAIBAJ&pg=3747,8494075
Find my past, the website, also says that he died in Chelsea. I do not make changes unless they are accurate!
I'd appreciate you putting my changes back.
- I put that one back; thank you for finding that source! However, here's the thing; you need to add the reference when you change things like that. It's not enough to be aware of it yourself. Also, I don't believe Find My Past is a reliable source; you might want to ask about it at the Reliable Sources noticeboard. Yngvadottir (talk) 18:27, 30 March 2013 (UTC)
Recent edit to Christian Coulson
editHello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Christian Coulson), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 21:28, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
