Fair use rationale for File:Vahan Campaign Logo.png

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Vahan Jewelry

Hi! Sorry, but I've had to remove the photo File:Sasha and Arsene.jpg from the Vahan Jewelry article. It is a great photo, and it would be good to included it, but it is listed as not being a free image (presumably because it is still under copyright). If that's the case, the policy on non-free images requires that we include a rationale explaining why that image is needed for the article. I'd write one myself, but I don;t know if the individuals photographed are alive - I assume one has passed away, but I'm not sure about the other - and the policy on the use of non-free images of living people is fairly strict. Thus I thought it would be best to remove it for now, and check with you about the image - in particular, is it a photo you or the business owns the copyright to, and, if not, we'll need to work out a formal rationale before using it. - Bilby (talk) 10:51, 28 June 2011 (UTC)

Our image was deleted from our page Vahan Jewelry stating "No evidence of permission for more than 7 days (TW)". However, last week we sent an e-mail to confirm the information and added the necessary tags and information to the uploaded photo, as per the original request. My apologies for this belated reply to your post on NawlinWiki's talk page. I think your edits have helped to make the article less of a self-promotion piece. But, I couldn't way if it will be approved for a move into mainspace. The one suggestion I can give is that you post a thread at the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Retailing and ask the members of that project to take a look at the draft and see if they can suggest improvements or changes to it.
