Wikipedia:Trading Card Game

edit

Hi! We've devised a new scheme for developing the ruleset for the game, and we'd appreciate it if you'd help us select the best base model for our game, after which we'll nominate and discuss more specific individual rules. If you're no longer interested, remove the userbox from your page and disregard the invitation. Thanks! Bob the Wikipedian (talkcontribs) 23:40, 23 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, we're in the process of constructing the ruleset for the trading card game. If you have an idea for a rule or would like to help review rules that have been proposed, please visit Wikipedia:Trading card game/Action plan/Phase 1:Rules/Rules approval. Any rules with no objections may be adopted within a week's time, so be sure and put in your two cents!

If you would like to stop receiving notifications about this WikiProject, please remove the related userbox from your userspace.

We're wrapping up the democratic rules approval process. Please reveiw Wikipedia:Trading card game/Action plan/Phase 1:Rules/Rules approval‎ and review the ruleset. If no changes are made to it within 7 days, then we will proceed next week with the card nomination and approval process.

If you are no longer interested in helping out with the project, please remove the related userbox and/or category from your userpage. Bob the Wikipedian (talkcontribs) 05:46, 17 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

TCG

edit

First of all, I would like to thank you for all that you have done and are doing for this project. Second, I would like to remind you that we are trying to have a link for every card, so when you propose cards, try to have a link to a project-space page, preferably a shortcut, in the proposal. It would be easiest to just link the card name to the page. ~~ Hi878 (Come shout at me!) 18:20, 27 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

January 2011

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as on Wikipedia:Trading card game/Action plan/Phase 2:Cards/Individual card proposals, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. I figured that something like this would shock you in to actually doing it. :) ~~ Hi878 (Come shout at me!) 01:42, 22 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, what Hi said! And, if you don't mind, darken the text in your sig a bit. The only reason I do recognize it is because of the size of the space between visible words. —Preceding signed comment added by Nicky Nouse (talkcontribswikia) 08:04, 22 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
If you lean over a little bit, you should be able to see it.--CanvasHat 15:46, 5 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for signing my guestbook! I wanted to make sure you knew that you earned this:

  Not Just Another Guestbook Barnstar...
This user has signed EWikist's guestbook* and therefore deserves this award. You could too!

* Either that, or they just stole the tag for this without signing. If that is the case, make this user feel very guilty by placing such terms as "Honesty is the best policy" on their page.

Your signature appearance

edit

Your signature appearance, which appears as :CanvasHat, does not meet Wikipedia:Signature#Appearance_and_color and I am hoping that you change your signature appearance. Please change it sooner rather than later as my interest in any one issue decays rapidly. Thank you. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 00:24, 13 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:WPTCG Patent Nonsense.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:WPTCG Patent Nonsense.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 02:05, 15 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
