Thank you for disclosing your paid editing status. As per WP:Paid, please provide links on your Wikipedia user page to all active accounts at websites where you advertise paid Wikipedia-editing services e.g. your Upwork account etc. Thank you. GSS (talk|c|em) 13:27, 8 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

BrayoOnyango, you have not yet responded to my message above. Please note these requirements are not optional and you have to disclose before making any further edits. GSS💬 13:38, 29 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
Hello,GSS I mainly get clients from referrals although I have an active Upwork Account.I will include the information.Thank you. - BrayoOnyango (talk) 13:51, 29 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
The dates of jobs on your Upwork account, plus the userbox on your userpage, indicate that you have edited Wikipedia in the past. Please disclose your prior accounts. Yunshui  10:54, 30 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
Hello, Yunshui  The upwork account belongs to PETER K. he refers clients to me and I work under him. I can only disclose the tasks I have handle in person, and I have done so fully. The earlier edits he might have done them personally or contracted other freelancers. - BrayoOnyango (talk) 22:21, 31 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
In that case, what you are doing is called MEATPUPPTERY, editing on behalf of a possibly blocked user and you should be blocked on that ground. BTW how a freelancer on Upwork get to know about you? Also, can you please disclose your account on Fiverr? GSS💬 02:45, 1 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
GSS The chances of working for a blocked account are very rare because I engage with the clients directly, I have direct access to the account although I am subcontracted, I communicate, make arrangements and everything else in person directly with the client, PETER only takes a percentage of the earning being the account owner. How a freelance came to learn about me ? - we are friends from campus and I now work in his office. My Fiverr has already been terminated and Fiverr banned any advertisement for paid wikipedia gigs, I didn't see any more need to include it but I can include it if needed. - BrayoOnyango (talk) 08:12, 1 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Per your comment that I have direct access to the account please name the articles associated with Wikipedia related adverts on your Upwork account. GSS💬 10:34, 1 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
    The articles associated include:-
    * The I.V Doc
    * SmartBuyGlasses Optical Group - second contract
    * SmartBuyGlasses Optical Group - First Contract
    * MB Salone
    * John Oakes
                                                      - BrayoOnyango (talk) 22:40, 1 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

With the exception of Draft:SmartBuyGlasses Optical Group, you have not edited any of the above articles with this account. It seems that you are working as part of a farm of paid editors, which means you are in violation of Wikipedia's policy on the abuse of multiple accounts. I am therefore blocking this account from editing. Yunshui  08:31, 4 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Yunshui  The block is unfair. I indicated clearly I have only worked with the Upwork account since January and since I was contracted, I manage the account personally and deals with the client directly. I have only been paid to tackle the SmartBuyGlasses Optical Group and The I.V. Doc piece - which is currently ongoing and I had even declared this on The I.V. Doc article and its talk page before it was deleted. Tasks completed before January 2019 (MB Salone & John Oakes pieces) are not my work and were done before I was contracted to manage the Upwork account and it's true they were not edited using this Wikipedia account. Your bases of accusation clearly show you are not familiar with Upwork Agency where more than one freelancer can work under the same account. Please familiarise yourself with how Upwork Agency works and review the block. BrayoOnyango (talk) 20:48, 5 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Your response clearly shows that you are not familiar with Wikipedia's policies on paid editing and multiple accounts, which regards multiple individuals (freelancers) making edits to the same articles as an abuse of multiple accounts. Yunshui  21:00, 5 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
I am well aware of Wikipedia's paid edit policies. But I am not sure how my case is related to multiple individuals (freelancers) making edits to the same articles or how you came to that conclusion. The two articles I have been paid to tackle are SmartBuyGlasses Optical Group and The I.V Doc. SmartBuyGlasses Optical Group which is still a draft has only been edited by two people. The I.V Doc piece is an ongoing piece and I had not made even a single edit and had just declared I was contracted and was going to work on the piece in accordance with Wikipedia terms. The I.V DOc piece and the other pieces ([MB Salone] & [John Oakes]) listed have already been deleted and am not sure how you retrieved the information on the individual/ multiple individuals who worked on the pieces from deleted drafts/articles to come up with the conclusions. From what I can retrieve there is no individual or multiple individuals we have edited the same articles with whether paid or unpaid articles - BrayoOnyango (talk) 22:18, 5 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
BrayoOnyango, I looked at the articles you mentioned above and I can't link them to adverts on your Upwork. What article was connected to this, this and to an advert titled HTML Specialist- to update Wikipedia Artices? GSS💬 16:44, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
GSS The first link is the The I.V Doc, which, I had just been contracted to tackle when you requested I shouldn't handle any edit before disclosing. This is still an open current contract I haven't made any edit nor has any payment been made. The second link was for the article on John Oakes. The HTML Specialist contract was for the MB Salone piece. - BrayoOnyango (talk) 11:50, 12 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I got the block on claims of sockpuppetry of using more than Wikipedia account from on the ground that I declared I was only paid for 2 Wikipedia articles via Upwork whereas I declared 5 different Wikipedia articles contracts related to the Upwork account. I have not misquoted myself self and I wish to put it straight that Upwork Agency allows more than one freelancer to work under the same account, as a result, it is possible to have different Wikipedia pieces done by two or more freelancers under the same Upwork account. I have fully declared the two articles I have been compensated to tackle and clearly indicated the other pieces are not my work and were done before I was contracted to work for the said Upwork Account. It should also be clear that an Upwork client can hire more than one freelance at the same time to work on a project on Upwork and as a result, it is possible to have more than one freelancer contracted to work on the same Wikipedia article. I have not used multiple accounts I only own this account and wish to have this decision of blocking my account reviewed

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. Yamla (talk) 13:06, 27 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
