Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:18, 24 June 2018 (UTC)

Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Phil Collins. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Paul Williams from The Young & the Restless.png

A tag has been placed on File:Paul Williams from The Young & the Restless.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - FlightTime (open channel) 21:33, 24 June 2018 (UTC)

June 2018

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Paul Williams (The Young and the Restless), disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Deprecated infobox parameter. Display size can be adjusted in user preferences - FlightTime (open channel) 19:56, 26 June 2018 (UTC)

Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Your continued change in status of characters from The Young and the Restless is highly inappropriate and disruptive. Please refrain from this further. livelikemusic talk! 23:33, 26 June 2018 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Chief of Police, Paul Williams from The Young & the Restless.png

Thanks for uploading File:Chief of Police, Paul Williams from The Young & the Restless.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:10, 27 June 2018 (UTC)

Tropical Cylones NHC Projection images

Hello and Welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions to Tropical Storm Gordon (2018), I'd like to inform you that you can update the NHC track projection image by clicking "Upload a new version of this file" near the bottom of the file page (link) on Wikimedia Commons. This is so that images can be updated with ease across all articles using the image and for all Wikipedias that may be using the image (e.g. in other languages). Davidbuddy9💬 21:53, 12 June 2018 (UTC)

Ah yes, I forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder! Regards – Braxton C. Womack(talk) 09:19, 3 September 2018 (UTC)

False edit

She is *not* on contract!!! Where the heck are you getting your information??? http://www.jason47.com/days/castcharts2018.html Yoryla (talk) 21:18, 16 September 2018 (UTC)

@Yoryla: Again, Haiduk is a series regular on the show, and has been proven fact according to the credits. Plus you did not cite a reliable source to support your claim that the actress was dropped to recurring status. – Braxton C. Womacktalk to me! 21:37, 16 September 2018 (UTC)

US incoming governors bios

An Rfc was held at Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography/Politics and government concerning the infoboxes of US governors. We no longer place Elect below the title. GoodDay (talk) 03:39, 15 December 2018 (UTC)

Thanks for pointing this out. Cheers! – Braxton C. Womacktalk to me! 16:30, 15 December 2018 (UTC)

Can you do me a favour: repeat!

Canb you do me a favour?

Can you stop following me around pages on Wikipedia, and repeating my edit summaries? It looks highly suspicious, like a sock puppet, and that is unacceptable on Wikipedia. It's high-key a bit annoying, too. I'd appreciate it, thank you. livelikemusic talk! 13:54, 21 November 2018 (UTC)

I am bringing this back, again, because you've continued on doing so and are now doing it with sandboxes. I'm really trying to be civil and assuming the most good faith about this, I am, however, it's just not sitting well with me at all. Immitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but, like Pink I find it annoying. I am asking, kindly, if you could please stop or even explain why you've continued to do it, even after my asking you to refrain from this. Please. livelikemusic talk! 17:15, 25 December 2018 (UTC)

My apologies that you feel like I'm intentionally following you around on Wikipedia, I'm not. I guess we just edit the same articles, and I like to keep things in order on them as well. And, I apologize for using similar edit summaries & sandboxes to yours; I will try to refrain from that further. – Braxton C. Womacktalk to me! 19:09, 27 December 2018 (UTC)
