Hi, I've moved the Church of the Creator discussion there, since it was started on the 6th, not the 5th. —rybec 06:51, 6 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

The discussion has not been closed, but given responses so far, and under the principle of WP:SNOW, it's improbable that the redirect will be deleted unless and until there is something (an article) to replace it. The article doesn't need to be elegant, but it should be substantial enough (and have enough citations) to establish that the organization that lays claim to the COTC name is notable enough that it should have its own Wikipedia article. I wouldn't wait, if you are so inclined, to begin preparing such an article in Draft namespace (not as a User page), from which it can be moved to replace the redirect when ready. The simplest way is to use the Article Wizard. Start here. Dwpaul Talk 22:20, 7 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

developed draft on Church of the Creator

edit

Hi, i noticed your good struggle to create a legitimate positive article on Church of the Creator, towards taking away the irritating redirect of its name to its opposite. I took the liberty of developing your sandbox draft to this fixed version, which I think is about ready to withstand all criticism. I believe it establishes notability. If you want to edit it any more, and/or submit it for Articles For Creation review, that would be fine by me. I'll try to watch here for reply but you may contact me also at my own Talk page. --doncram 05:10, 29 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi again. Thanks, I got your note at my Talk page, glad you appreciate my effort. Note also that editor User:Cullen328 followed up on their offer to you, and edited and improved the draft article, at User:Bohemian Gal/sandbox (and hopefully they might further edit, too). Bohemian Gal, would you please do the honor of clicking the "submit" button on the article? And follow instructions (which I think will seem odd, as it will probably show the text missing temporarily but nonetheless direct you to click the "Save" button at bottom, I think. That will work out fine. You will remain properly recorded in edit history as having started the article, by the way). The sandbox version will probably get moved over to Draft:Church of the Creator, and your sandbox area may be left as a redirect to there. You can edit the sandbox and delete the redirect, and hopefully start a new article soon. Then we wait for Articles For Creation approval, knock on wood. I would approve it, meself. Cheers, --doncram 14:53, 29 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your submission at Articles for creation: Church of the Creator (December 29)

edit
It was in fact accepted, while the implementation was done by copying ACH-submitted draft to Church of the Creator. --doncram 18:48, 29 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
