I guess we can remove the Inactive and restricted lists, that might clear up some of the clutter. People might wonder where Sizemore and Aceves went, but since they're the only the people on their respective lists, it could be worth removing them to make things easier on the eyes. In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved.
