Anthony McAuliffe

Hello, it's interesting to meet a relative of the famed general. My late, great uncle Francis actually fought in the Battle of the Bulge as well. Now regarding your revert of my edit on his page, what information do you believe is untrue and do you have reliable sources that back up these claims of yours such as books, magazine articles, etc.? A wikipedia editor by themselves, whether a relative or not, would not count as a reliable source. RG (talk) 03:14, 23 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

I listed some of the errors on the Discussion page.

I have researched General McAuliffe's life for the past 16 years. I have over 300 letters he wrote home to his family. I recently published his biography. I probably know more about him that anyone else alive. I don't mean to talk down to your most recent additions to his page, but it is full of errors.

I regularly check his page for changes to see if they are correct. I also check the discusssion page to see if there is any new input that would benefit from a response by me. Bastogne (talk) 03:40, 23 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
