Request reason:

I dont think I was advertising I am offering to help people at no Cost... For example I am currently in Bali training students at Udayana University to use the ANUGA model.... at no cost.... ?? I dont make any money from the ANUGA model it is free and open source

Request reason:

Rather than say it is again declined.... would be more useful to suggest what needs to be changed so as to comply... as the explanation is unclear. How can I have a conflict of interest if there is no benefit to me of sharing information, that other people benefit from ? I am happy to try to comply, if it is made clear what needs to change on the ANUGA page where you believe I have created a conflict of interest ? This has been blocked for more than 2 years ? Why do I need a new username ? I dont understand? I am just trying to help people get to know about a free and open source flood modelling program ? Ok I promise to not put advertisements on the ANUGA Hydro page... and I will Scrap the BalanceRnD Site... as I was under the impression that a business can have a Wiki Page? If I was wrong... I simply wont have one...Please delete the Site

Seems I am a very simple person... I understand the block is related to the page about Balance RnD is it not ?? I have requested / suggested that perhaps Wikipedia is the wrong forum to post information about BalanceRnD and requested/suggested the Page be deleted/removed. Hence I would have thought that would resolve the conflict of interest ? I am happy to create a new login profile... but at this stage your block does not allow me to do anything ? As I understand it until the block is lifted from the IP or whatever access has been blocked I cannot create a new profile ? The only other page I have edited it ANUGA Hydro... Which I do not think I have created any conflicts of interest ? Please confirm
