Hello, I liked your map of the regions of Serbia very much. Just, can you change Moravica to Rudnik? Moravica is a river that actually flows through Ivanjica, Arilje, and Požega, and these do not belong to the region you marked as Moravica on that map. Here's where it gets a little tricky, a National flag is the flag used to represent the country itself (e.g., e.g.) where as a State flag is usually only flown by the government of that country, the articles on these two should explain there differences in more detail. In most cases a country does not have both, however in Serbia's case (past and present) it does. For some unknown reason to me, Serbia today, uses its 'Državna zastava' (state flag) as its national flag. The only reasoning behind this that I can think of is a simple mistranslation when the constituion was drafted, but thats beside the point right now.
