I think you need to slow down a little bit and read Wikipedia:Copyrights. Citing your sources doesn't make copying text acceptable, nor does it make uploading images from a copyrighted website acceptable. Everything here should be written entirely from scratch and images such as File:Choose-secondary-antibody.png can be drawn on your own to convey the same information in a different manner.
