Welcome

edit

Hello Assevrob and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a Help desk, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Liz Read! Talk! 06:18, 9 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

March 2023

edit

Hello, I'm DB1729. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Earl Barish—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. DB1729talk 22:53, 8 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Steve Dubbeldam. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. violetwtf (talk) 03:12, 9 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hijacking articles

edit

Please refrain from hijacking pages as you did with one of the pages you edited. Should you believe the subject you were writing about deserves an article, please use the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version that you can then get feedback on. Also see Wikipedia's disambiguation guideline which indicates how to handle separate subjects with similar names. If you continue to hijack an existing article, you may be blocked from editing. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 06:17, 9 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia: check out the Teahouse!

Blocked as a sockpuppet

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Memohwiki per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Memohwiki. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  GeneralNotability (talk) 12:52, 11 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
